Banks of Lough Gowna - Traditionl Irish Double Jig

Original FB post of October 9th 2026 reads as follows: "Friday tune!!! Banks of Lough Gowna 😊 Introduced to this via Perpetual e-Motion but thought I would go for Set Dance speed, which meant click track, as I had too much to think about to try tapping my feet! Apologies for arty-farty filter - it was quite the workout, and my ‘80’s’ up-cycled top was starting to slip off ‘t shoulder. BTW See if you can spot what Nelly inadvertently said halfway through!"
