*ROOM INSIDE* is a warm communal folk song inspired by Tao Te Ching Verse 11, exploring the surprising usefulness of empty space: the hollow center of a wheel, the inside of a cup, the rooms within a house, and the breathing room within a human life. 🌾🏡 We spend so much time thinking about what we need to add, build, accomplish, carry, or fill that it’s easy to overlook what space itself makes possible. A schedule needs margin. A conversation needs silence. Music needs rests. Relationships need freedom. Work needs recovery. And sometimes a life becomes more useful not by adding another thing, but by leaving enough room for what matters to happen.
