Aerobika is one of many Positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP) devices to help clear thick sticky phlegm from wheezy airways.The Lung Physio demonstrates how to use it if you have been prescribed this by a healthcare professional. The Aerobika can be used with a nebuliser to enhance treatment. Never use this without proper assessment from a Respiratory Physiotherapist.
