Poshmark's headquarters is located at 203 Redwood Shores Parkway, 8th Floor, Redwood City, CA 94065. The company also maintains offices in Vancouver, Chennai, London, and Darlinghurst (Sydney).
From my own experience, and from looking at comments in their social media platforms (FB and X), they aren't paying sellers and that's just one of many mounting complaints.
I just found social media groups on FB and Reditt. People reporting non-payment and no help. Poshmark's Facebook page is advertising "festivals". They aren't paying sellers but they are running events, such as the ongoing one in LA.
Their Facebook page has tons of comments from people not getting paid, among all sorts of other issues. One person reported having been put on time out by PM, much like Facebook and it's side shoot Instagram does to us while it accuses us of things we haven't done! This is bizarre.
I'm so upset, I have been tagging media news, consumer protection agencies, and lawyers. This is fraud, breach of contract, infringement of TOS - all things they would not accept if we did it. I just deactivated every single listing bc I don't want to have any more money being held by PM.
Today, Oct. 10, 2026 I found a group on FB called PM Resellers. I posted a link to this video, the info you are reading here in description, and waited for replies. Most people discredited me. Suspicious behavior, by anonymous accounts and accounts using "nicknames" which are another way FB has to allow anonymous comments. As time went by, my entire post got deleted. I f-ing hate this world now where humans will never ever win over the machines.
Poshmark sold to a South Korean company. What you are seeing is overseas ownership not caring about its US sellers. Is this by design? What recourse do we have when the site is owned by a non-US company? Use the site at your own peril now. I am getting out as soon as I get my meager funds - IF I do. This is a multi billion dollar company withholding your funds.
"Poshmark was acquired by Naver, a South Korean internet and technology conglomerate. Acquisition Details: Naver completed its acquisition of Poshmark in January 2023 for $1.2 billion. Current Status: Poshmark operates as a standalone subsidiary of Naver, maintaining its headquarters in Redwood City, California."
So Poshmark is owned by Naver, a *major Asian tech giant* in South Korea. They are so big, they are referred to as the "Korean Google". And they are withholding funds from people who need to pay bills in order to survive.
"Naver is widely referred to as the "Korean Google" because it is the dominant search engine and online platform in South Korea. Founded in 1999, Naver holds a significant majority of the local search market, often exceeding 50% to 60% share, while Google typically accounts for roughly 30% to 40%.
Unlike Google's minimalist design, Naver functions as a comprehensive web portal similar to Yahoo!, integrating services such as Knowledge iN (Q&A), Naver Blog, Cafes (forums), shopping, and news. This ecosystem, combined with its superior handling of the Korean language and local content, has allowed it to maintain its lead over Google in South Korea."
The way they are withholding my payment is that they have a pop up that happens when I click on the bank transfer option. The pop up freezes the page. I have written many times, described the issue, sent screenshots and I am getting ZERO HELP.
Q: What is the federal agency that investigates eCommerce fraud?
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is the primary federal agency that investigates and takes action against deceptive and unfair business practices, including ecommerce fraud. The FTC collects consumer reports via ReportFraud.ftc.gov, analyzes patterns of wrongdoing, and brings lawsuits against scammers to stop illegal schemes and secure refunds for victims.
Other key federal entities involved in investigating specific types of online fraud include:
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) leads federal investigations into cyber-enabled crimes and fraud through the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
The U.S. Secret Service investigates crimes targeting financial and payment systems, including cyber fraud task forces.
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutes violations of federal criminal laws related to scams and fraud.
