Tikves Lake - Macedonia by boat

Boat trip all along Tikvesh Lake on the river Crna (Black River). The lake is in the central part of Macedonia near the towns of Kavadarci and Negotino, starting in the area of Mariovo and ending at the dam in Tikvesh region. Soft inflatable boat used: FourWind HSD-320PL - length 3.2 m with Mercury Fourstroke 20 hp engine . Trip distance from the dam till the place where the lake ends and river Crna begins - about 30 km. Maximum depth of the lake near the dam was about 80 meters at the time of trip, but it can be near100 meters in case of full water capacity. Villages that can be seen along the lake: Sedlarevo, Zdunje, There is pretty wild nature along the lake which is excellent for one day trip.
