NASTY surprise during overland build... (bodywork & fitting a winch!)

With less than two weeks before my ferry departs for Spain, I’m in a race against time to finish my Land Cruiser build and prepare for The Iberian Trail—a 7,000-mile off-road expedition across some of Europe’s toughest terrain. In this episode, it’s all about tackling bodywork, grinding out rust, welding patch panels, and finally installing a much-needed winch to my bull bar. This 30-year-old Land Cruiser has been through a lot, and the to-do list keeps growing. From custom repairs on the bulkhead to prepping the camper body for paint, this build is a true labor of love.
