farmi profi CH27 CONTROLLER PROBLEMS: not responding to manual and radio commands [1/4]

Hi all! Profilo is back to tell you about the controller problem we had this summer on the Farmi Profi CH27 wood chipping machine. After almost 3 years of perfec work, the wood chipper watsn't responding anymore to the commands. Neither radio commands, nor manual control. At first we were thinking at hardware problems, but relays, connections and electrovalves were ok. It was a logic problem, because forward and backward direction of the feeeding crane where commanded, yes, but not correctly. We tried to reprogram the controller following the manual, but we weren't able to restore the original behaviour of the farmi PLC controller. In the end, the controller was broken. We asked to the Farmi Assistance Center how to proceeed to solve the problem, they told us to buy a new one for 700€. Way too much for us. So we decided to solve by our own theproblem using an Arduino Uno controller. This is a small series of videos showing how we did it.
