Hangzhou MixC Citywalk | How Retail Shapes the City, from Qianjiang to Wulin

7minute citywalk around Hangzhou MixC in Qianjiang New City. This video focuses mainly on the exterior—building façades, street edges and surrounding urban spaces—with a brief look inside the mall. Opened on April 22, 2010, Hangzhou MixC was jointly developed by China Resources Land and Sun Hung Kai Properties. Along the walk, I introduce its background and spatial design, then briefly compare its development approach with Westlake 66, Hang Lung Properties’ new project in the established Wulin district, which began trial operations on April 28, 2026.
