Mushroom foraging in UK | November vlog 6

Hello frenzzz. Bit of talking, bit of mushrooming, bit of f’ing around in the woods etc.. There’s not such a big variety of fungi species to be seen as we get into the winter months. For edibles, expect to find hedgehogs, oysters, blewits, amethyst deceiver & winter chanterelles. As for medicinal mushrooms, birch polypore are starting to harden so collect those before they’re solid. Other medicinal fungi such as turkey tail & ganoderma species are good to harvest all through winter! This is just a guide where I am sharing my knowledge, not giving advice. I have been mushroom foraging for 5 years & I do spend a lot of time researching and cross checking my sources, but there is still so much more to learn and I forage with caution. Please also do your own research if you want to forage and consume wild fungi & plants.
