Captains of Lives - SPEAR Officer

Our operations are 24/7, working conditions harsh, and the job difficult. But as Captains of Lives, we are highly motivated because we aspire to make a difference in the lives of inmates. Being Captains of Lives means we are fair yet firm in our treatment of inmates, and carry ourselves as their role models. We believe inmates have the potential to turn over a new leaf but the motivation to change must ultimately come from within themselves. #BehindPrisonWalls #BeyondPrisonWalls #CaptainsOfLives
