ACA P-50 - Siren Test - Short Alert - Kenosha, WI (Kenosha Co.)

I had spent about the entire day in Wisconsin and so I decided I would start off with going to the P50 at Harvey to record their monthly test. It seems this P50 might be having some rotation issues, but besides that it sounds healthy. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT: During the days of August 28-30, my YouTube account was hacked.
