Alien: Resurrection is UNDERRATED | First Watch & Review

Our franchise of the year comes to a close as it is on a crash course with spooky season. Dr. Corndog and Cap'n pop resurrect the Sigourney Weaver saga in the xenomorph infested franchise. We go from RIP to Ripley being absolutely back, and a little bit crazy (we like that). We rank the four Sigourney (Si-FOUR-ney) movies up against each other, discuss how we oddly enjoyed this film and declare its underrated status. Pack your thermos with mother's recipe because this is going to be a weird, sexy, action packed ride. 00:00 Intro 5:22 Pre-Pop Scores & First Impressions 6:26 Alien: Resurrection (1997) 9:40 Ranking the Sigourney Alien Quadrilogy 18:39 How This Got Made & Joss Whedon vs Jean-Pierre Jeunet 26:52 The Alien Franchise is Resurrected (Plot Talk) 40:24 Ripley 8 is HOOPIN', Gediman gets FREAKY, & Call's Mission (Plot Talk) 53:07 Xenomorphs Escape, Perez & Elgyn Go Down, & Tuco Salamanca (Plot Talk) 1:00:07 Purvis is a chaotic legend, Wren's a Menace, and Under Water Scene (Plot Talk) 1:20:12 The Surprise(?) 4th Act and we Discuss the Ending (Plot Talk) 1:32:15 'Tricks n' Treats' (Awards) 1:36:51 Final Review 1:40:02 Nick's Final Take 1:42:30 James' Final Take 1:45:42 The Wrap Up Ghostface dance/wobble gif by Linek: https://ko-fi.com/linekbaer/shop Dancing Jack-o'-lantern Skeleton gif by Holler Studios: https://www.hollerstudios.com/
