Tired of the Yelling

The plaintiff says she’s known the defendant for 15 years, but the defendant is an alcoholic who once threatened her with a hammer. She’s suing because the defendant borrowed her car and damaged it. The defendant says the plaintiff is a promiscuous drunk who dumps her kids to go party. She’s countersuing for rent and because she thinks the plaintiff slashed her tires.
