GOVERNOR GENEROSO AND LANCA BEACH in Davao Oriental - two sides of this emerald green peninsula, surrounded by crystal clear blue water and white sand beaches. Before 2020, this place was hardly visited by tourists. But it has boomed recently, with visitors from Davao region flocking to its virgin beaches. But it's not just beaches, because the highlands have something to offer too! I start with my journey and an explanation of where I've been! And then a quick lunch stop in Banaybanay before arriving in Lanca Beach (part of Mati, but far from the city!) for the first night. Then I visit a few spots in Governor Generoso to try to understand this up and coming municipality!
