Katas Raj Temples, Salt Range, Pakistan

The #KatasRajTemples is a Hindu temple complex in the #SaltRange of #Punjab, #Pakistan. The main complex is connected to one another by walkways and surrounds a pond named #Katas, which is regarded as sacred by Hindus, while another group, called #Satghara, is present to the southwest at some distance. The oldest temple dates back to the 6th century CE. The site is believed to be featured in #Hindu #mythological texts such as the Mahābhārata and the #Puranas.
