WHERE MY HELP COMES FROM | Psalm 121 Worship Song

WHERE MY HELP COMES FROM is a Christian worship song inspired by Psalm 121 — a song for the moments when the road feels long, the burden feels heavy, and you cannot see what comes next. “I lift up my eyes to the mountains — where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” There are seasons when we walk through valleys we never expected. Seasons of fear, pain, uncertainty, loss, or simply exhaustion. We may not know what tomorrow holds, but Psalm 121 reminds us of something greater: we know Who holds tomorrow. God does not sleep. He does not abandon His children in the valley. He watches over our steps, remains with us through the storm, and gives us strength when our own strength is almost gone. This song is a declaration of faith: When I cannot see the road, I will lift my eyes. When I do not know where to go, I will lift my eyes. When fear tells me I am alone, I will remember where my help comes from. My help comes from the Lord. May this song bring peace to anyone facing a difficult season and remind you that the God who kept you yesterday is still keeping you today — and He already knows your tomorrow. Listen during prayer, worship, Bible study, quiet time, or whenever your heart needs to remember that you are not walking alone. If this song speaks to you, share it with someone who needs encouragement today.
