1st Time Eating Filipino Food w/ My Fave Foodies!

For Filipino American History Month, Ever invited me along to this fantastic meal with Maya, who is Filipino and was gracious enough to introduce us to Filipino Food through Team BAHAY. Team Bahay has been operating in this ruby red truck for about two years now, with some loyal customers waiting for the blood stew at the VA Hospital. We shared this incredible meal over here at Tractor Brewery in Nob Hill in #Albuquerque. Today we got to try pancit, lumpia, sisig, dinuguan, lechon, bbq pork skewers, and everything was fantastic! The Dinuguan is a blood stew that did not taste like blood at all! And the sisig might be my new favorite food! It was so rich and the egg just made it so reminiscent of a great skillet breakfast.
