A guide to Criminal Law Proceedings in QLD

All stages of Criminal law proceedings are covered, from the police investigations, to charges being laid all the way through to trial and sentencing. Jason Murakami has presented this session on various occasions over the years to law students and now wishes to provide this as a free resource to benefit complainants and defendants in criminal law proceedings so that they may have a better understanding of what to expect and how the system works.
