Welcome to Secure Counseling Referral Agent portal tutorial. This video shows Referral partners how to access realtime participation information on individuals under their supervision. This portal will also facilitate and expedite referrals and enrollment of individuals needing to engage in treatment. This platform will also facilitate sharing of crucial information in a timely manner. Most importantly, it will allow referral agents to access realtime attendance and compliance with treatment, rather than waiting till the end of each month to receive outdated updates.
