Interpersonal Communication: Leadership Styles, Communication Climate & Active Listening | FIA Group 4 Welcome to our Interpersonal Communication project! In this educational role-play, we explore the impact of different leadership styles and communication climates on teamwork and conflict resolution. Through two contrasting teams, we demonstrate how autocratic leadership, poor listening, and a defensive communication climate can lead to misunderstandings, stress, and interpersonal conflict. In contrast, democratic leadership, empathy, active listening, and constructive feedback help create a supportive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
