0908 Chemical species, speciation in aqueous solution

What we put into solution may not be what is in solution. Perhaps different chemical species have formed? Some properties of solutions are those of the species, rather than the solute. Does the label on the bottle tell us what species are in solution, or their concentrations? Posted to website "Aha!
