Cassava Flan | Mix N Cook Good day! Today, we're going to make some Cassava Flan. This dessert will come in four different flavors wherein we will do the original flavor, buko pandan flavor, ube flavor, and macapuno flavor. Let's start! Ingredients: 1 kl cassava (5 cups) 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk 2 1/2 cup condensed milk 4 pcs. small eggs or 3 pcs. large eggs sugar to caramelized cheese for toppings (optional) Important Note: Don't forget to do the toothpick test. Small Lyanera - Steam for 25 - 30 mins. Medium Lyanera - Steam for 40 - 45 mins. Large Lyanera - Steam for 50 mins. - 1 hr. cook in medium-low heat If still uncooked, add 5 - 10 mins. Make sure that the toothpick comes out clean.
