In this video, we find the reactions at the supports for the beam shown due to the applied forces. This problem is solved using static equilibrium of rigid bodies, structural analysis procedures, and the property that all forces, internal and external, must cancel and counteract each other so all forces sum to be zero, including reactions at supports.
