Railfanning around Fort Worth and Saginaw, TX - 4/23/17 // Trinity Rail Productions

This video shows some railroad action from around Fort Worth and Saginaw from April. My first stop was UP's Davidson Yard, where I caught a northbound manifest freight departing with a CSX ET44AH leading. Next I went by UP's Peach Yard to find a Fort Worth & Western local and a UP yard crew switching some cars. While I was there, a few trespassers were spotted walking on top of some covered hoppers. They were called in by the yard crews and UP dispatch sent a UP Police special agent to the scene. The trespassers then climbed up an embankment and started walking down UP's busy Choctaw Sub mainline, which prompted dispatch to stop a manifest freight that was meeting another train at the siding right over Peach. The special agent arrived and soon caught the suspects, and before long trains were moving again. I then headed to Saginaw Interlocker, where I caught several trains on BNSF's Fort Worth Sub. First was a southbound double stack followed by a southbound grain train, a northbound light power move, and a southbound sand train.
