(Left Bay) New PDQ LaserWash 360 Plus

(9-8-2026) What’s going on? Yet another local car wash of mine got replaced this year. I previously filmed this place in 2023 when it had LaserWash 4000s. Last weekend I drove by and was kinda surprised to see them replaced as this place looks like one of those washes that tries to keep the old systems running forever. But I used to drive by every day for work and they seemed to break down a lot. And I remember one time my grandma told me about a time she went here and it malfunctioned on her and almost got stuck. Ha. So I should’ve saw this coming. The new systems are LaserWash 360 Pluses which I’ve never actually been through one before. And I’ve never even been through a modern PDQ system till now. 13+ years of seeing these on YouTube and just now finally experiencing one. Ha. It’s definitely very time efficient compared to the 4000 and overall this is a nice upgrade. I just wish it did another high pressure cycle before spot free to rinse off the protectant chemicals. My car had spots from un rinsed residue. They kept the old dryers here too which I guess is a surprise cause this LaserDri sounds unhealthy now compared to last time. The other bay still has the enclosed Premier dryers. I put my video of the old system on the end screen and I plan to do the other bay sometime to add content. Ha.
