No Alien Took Fewer Than 12 Items in 240 Years — The Human Took ONE Knife | HFY Sci-Fi

The aliens offered a hundred items for seventy-two hours in a deadly wilderness, and the human scout took only a knife, a choice that left the whole hall stunned in this HFY sci-fi story. Nadia Voss is twenty-nine, a frontier scout with six years on the worst worlds of the outer systems, and the Sorvane survival assessment has never seen a candidate like her. Four-ton apex predators that hunt by sensing your footsteps, forty-meter canyon walls, scalding vents and lightning storms wait for her inside. Director Calvex has run this test for most of his career, so why does one human with a single blade make him question everything he built? #HFY
