Metal Slug 1st Mission (NGPC) Any% Emulator 16:03

Played on Mednafen 1.32.1. Emulator is pretty inaccurate to console as it does not emulate lag at all. But this is what everyone on the board used. Just did a few runs to actually compete with them.
