Celestial Harbinger WvW Roaming (Post-Rework) || GW2

Most of the recent GW2 balance changes to Celestial Harbinger can be seen as nerfs in WvW roaming, but it's not that simple. In certain situations the build is actually better, although overall it did take a hit. I don't think the popularity of Cele Harb is going to drop though, it's still performing really well. The new trait "Doom Approaches" is kinda fun and makes the build much more high stakes, but it does suffer a bit in 1vX situations. This video contains both duels and outnumbered fights.
