Anti-Static Brushes: Towards the Outside or Inside?

There are all sorts of conflicting directions on how to use an Anti-Static Record Cleaning Brush. Some people say to pull it out when done, others say to bring it onto the record label when done. In this video I test out both methods to see if it makes any difference at all.
