The application process is simple, but you must make sure your skin is dry and clean of all lotions, oils, perfumes, tanners etc as this will interfere with the adhesive sticking to your skin. After applying Nipple Covers, Chrisandra applies one 5 inch strip of 3 inch Good Lines boob tape in the middle. This is because you want to start lifting the breast up. It is much easier to tape breasts that are higher up than when they are down lower so start with the support in the middle. From there you will see she adds 3 more 5 inch pieces, this is enough support for her 38G's. Please make sure that you do not overlap the tape too much as the tape does not stick to itself. It will only stick to your skin. Continue adding additional strips until you are finished on the other side. Rub to activate the adhesive on the bra to make sure it sets and holds.
