Pookie Hudson's Friends Celebrate His Life

An interview with Gene Chandler,aka as the Duke of Earl a life time friend and admirer of the late James Pookie Hudson is joined by the original Drifters with in an impromtu performance of the Drifter's classic Holiday cross-over favorite made popular by the original, singers Bill Pickney bass, and Charlie Thomas seen here members of the Drifters. (Pickney has since passed RIP)The repast of Hudson's famiiy and friends took place in Prince Georges County Maryland where Pookie Hudson resided at the time of his death, January 15, 2007.
