From Evidence to Adaptation Data becomes valuable when it helps programmes respond. In Part 3, we see how evidence from farmers helped reveal changing conditions on the ground — including continued use of climate-resilient practices alongside growing pressure on households and communities. The programme used these insights to inform practical responses, from agricultural inputs and extension support to WhatsApp communication, food production, water access and wider collaboration. The evidence did more than describe what was happening. It helped inform what happened next.
