Heritage Captains Thursdays boots

Quality and unformity issues. My boots arrived a week ago and here are the issues mine had after minutes of trying them on and walking indoors. I found that the left boot had a low arch which was comfortable but the right boot was a high arch and hurt to walk on. I found that the right boot was stepping up in height from the left boot, so I took them off and started looking at the build closer. I found a 3/64" higher heel on the right boot compared to the left along with the high arch insole on that right boot. Next I noticed the heel was starting to split on the sides of both boots, seperate from the bottom of both boots, had some scuffing on some of the surface parts, both had scuffing near the welts on the toe box that has touch-up dye along with other falws and defects around the boots surface. The two biggest problems were that after minutes of trying on there was material serperation that should have taken longterm wear to happen, and second was the mismatched insole foot arches that make it impossible for any person to wear the boots for any period of time. Return in process as they are not built uniformly. On another note of Thursday products, I had bought the men's cafe style leather jacket last year and once I got it I had to hang it in the barn for weeks, airing out the barn daily from the toxic off gassing from the tanning process. After a few weeks the jacket smell was still so unwearably strong that I had to place it in a garbage bag with 2 cups of fresh ground coffee for a week and that took care of the smell to where the jacket is wearable and smells great. Once I did get to wear it I found that one of the cuff snaps won't hold on the smaller size, so I have to wear the cuffs on the larger size snaps.
