Bulette, Hag and Level 6 Multiclassing. New 5.5e Meta | Broken Builds #5

Beasts, hags, and Githyanki patrols. Nothing can stop the 5.5e custom squad. In Episode 5 of our Broken Builds series, we kick things off by wiping out the Kuo-Toa before taking on the Underdark’s apex predator: the Bulette. After chewing through that terrifying Diamond Skin buff and tracking the beast down after a dive, our strategy pays off in a wire-finish victory. From there, we climb the Arcane Tower, clear its secrets, and hit Level 6! We break down our latest leveling choices - keeping Icewing, Antonia, and Whisper pure while Celerity kicks off a crucial Fighter multiclass for our Gunslinger. With our new power, we pay Auntie Ethel a fatal visit, saving Mayrina, grabbing her hair for Icewing’s permanent Charisma boost, and dealing with the Addled Frog. We wrap up the surface sweep by crushing the Owlbears, Little John, and the Githyanki patrol - realizing just in time that the Adamantine Forge and the Githyanki Creche are still waiting for us next time.
