Let's have a flick through the August 1984 issue of Good Housekeeping for some vacuum cleaner hints and tips on our next purchase! We're in the market for a vacuum cleaner that can also wash carpets. I guess we're limited to the £430 Kirby Heritage OR how about this new fangled VAX machine from Droitwich? At "only" £120. Honestly the memories I have of these cleaners, I could fill a diary.
