● The Gurugram Railway Station is undergoing a massive, world-class transformation under the central government's Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. ● The redevelopment is being done by Varindera Constructions as  EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project. ● The project aims to replace the outdated station with a smart, multi-modal transport hub inspired by the cyber-city architecture of Gurgaon. ● The station footprint is expanding over 15 times, growing from a tiny 1,500 sq meters to 23,587 sq meters. ● The project's building configuration includes a Main Station Building with a height of 41.3m and a multi-level car parking. ● Main terminal- Ground+8/9 floor high-rise building is being built with retail spaces and customer lounges. ● The project boasts an IGBC Platinum Rating, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and reducing carbon footprint. ● The core structural work is largely ready, and the final completion target is March 2027.
