MOM & DAUGHTER WATCH CHILD'S PLAY 3 (1991) FOR THE FIRST TIME! Chucky is back… and we are definitely NOT happy about it! Tessa has made it very clear that she is not a fan of Chucky, and after watching the first two movies, she was hoping to finally get this one off the list. Unfortunately, the Good Guy doll is just as creepy, chaotic, and terrifying as ever! In Child's Play 3, Andy Barclay is now a teenager and has been sent to military school after years of moving through foster homes. Meanwhile, Chucky is brought back into production when the Good Guy company decides to put the dolls back on the market. And of course, that turns out to be a TERRIBLE idea. mWhen Chucky gets his new body, he sets his sights on young Tyler, who has no idea that his new "best friend" is actually Charles Lee Ray. Tessa and Lori react to Chucky's increasingly ridiculous attempts to get Tyler alone, the brutal and creative kills, the creepy Good Guy dolls, and all the chaos that comes with Chucky infiltrating a military school. Things get completely insane when the school's annual war games begin. What starts as a simple military-school exercise quickly turns deadly after Chucky replaces the paint ammunition with real bullets. The reactions get even crazier as everyone slowly realizes that something is seriously wrong. And then we reach the carnival and Devil's Lair sequence… Between the disturbing imagery, jump scares, Chucky's horrifying appearance, and the final confrontation with Andy and Tyler, this movie gives us plenty to react to! Tessa and Lori also give their honest thoughts on the movie at the end and compare it to the first two Child's Play films.
