ou keep waiting for something in your life to change. For things to calm down, for some good news, for a reason to get up in the morning. You try, you hope, and every morning looks just like the one before. Maybe the garage is full of boxes nobody has opened in years. Maybe there's an old grudge you still go over at night before you fall asleep.
Lao Tzu wrote that something new can't come into a life where there's no room left for it: "You shape clay into a jar, but it's the empty space inside that makes it useful."
Which of the five things takes up the most room in your life? If it's not too much trouble, write its number in the comments, just a number from one to five. And tell me what city you're listening from.
If you know someone whose house is packed with stuff and whose heart is still holding an old grudge, send them this video. The plan for the week is easy to start with.
This channel shares the old wisdom of Lao Tzu and the Taoist teachers through calm sand drawings, for anyone who wants a quieter mind. If that's you, you're welcome to subscribe.
Let the sand settle. Hold everything lightly.
