What I Experienced at the Manchester Bomb Attack 22.05.17

My name is Madeleine Bird, I was 21 at the time and attended the concert alone. This video is an account of what I experienced on 22/05/17 at the Manchester Arena Bomb Attack/ Ariana Grande; Dangerous Woman Tour concert. Sorry if this is super choppy, as I'm sure you can understand it was really difficult to film this. This video isn't to de-value anybody's experience, this is purely what I experienced. I hope that anyone who was there, who sees this, can understand my experience or that this brings them comfort. Since I recorded this video in August 2017, I'm a little better, I'm now only taking sleeping pills and beta blockers. And I've managed to put the weight I lost back on. ( and some, I'm currently using food as a comfort item, which isn't helping, but there are worse things in life) This video is purely a form of therapy for me, to put that account out into the world.
