(My tummy is hungry. / Is your tummy hungry?): It is a common expression in Turkish to use the adjective ‘hungry’ for the person’s tummy, rather than the person himself. 2 - Bilek (Wrist/Ankle): The word ‘Bilek’ is used for both wrist and ankle in Turkish. Outside of context, it is impossible to know which part of the body is referred to.
