85 years after Pearl Harbor, the USS Arizona still lies where she sank. Her forward guns are still aboard, her fuel still rises to the surface, and more than 900 of her crew never left. This is a deck-by-deck tour of the wreck, from stern to bow, built from National Park Service and U.S. Navy dive footage, the NPS survey drawings, and 3D reconstructions.
Correction: in one 3D cutaway the highlighted impact area is drawn too far aft, near the stern. The fatal bomb struck forward, near turret No. 2 on the starboard side, and set off the forward magazines, as the narration states. Thanks to the viewer who caught it.
