Satisfying bouncing simulations where every bounce plays a note. 10 physics simulations inside pentagons, octagons, triangles, hearts, circles, squares, stars and hexagons, each with ONE simple rule and a clear goal: charged balls snap 81 puzzle pieces into a hidden picture, a pendulum blade cuts all 84 rainbow bars, a hidden picture appears out of 177 strings, bouncing balls throw 380 bricks to build something, every bounce connects the next of 230 dots until a picture appears and bouncing balls uncover a hidden pixel-art picture, 690 pixels. Relaxing to watch, oddly satisfying to hear.
5 of them build a HIDDEN PICTURE: can you guess each one before it finishes? Write your guesses in the comments.
There is no music track. Every bounce, hit and shatter plays its own note, so the simulation writes its own soundtrack. Headphones recommended.
Every run is a real 2D physics simulation with a random start. Nothing inside a run is edited.
Which one was your favourite? Comment the number and I will build a bigger version.
0:00 1. Every cleared block ADDS a ball. Clear them ALL (pentagon)
1:01 2. A CHARGED ball snaps a piece into place. What is the PICTURE? (octagon)
2:02 3. The triangle blade must cut EVERY bar. At 30 % a SECOND blade joins
3:01 4. Every bounce pulls a STRING. What picture is hiding? (pentagon)
4:01 5. Every popped brick makes the cannon fire FASTER. Clear them ALL (heart)
4:56 6. Every bounce throws a BRICK. What are they BUILDING?
6:05 7. Every broken layer ADDS a ball. Break out of ALL of them (octagon)
7:06 8. Every bounce CONNECTS the next dot. What will it DRAW? (square)
8:11 9. Every saw cuts the wooden star in HALF. Saw them ALL
9:00 10. Every 10% found DOUBLES the balls. What picture is hiding? (hexagon)
10:03 Which one was your favourite?
Photosensitivity note: bright neon colours on a black background, with one soft white pulse when each simulation completes (never more than 3 flashes per second).
