I've compiled 8 of my most-effective NON-DLC loadouts for players who aren't ready to purchase anything on Factions as of yet. It's incredibly difficult to just jump into Factions and expect to find success, and even more so without a few useful DLC weapons/perks, so here's a few quick tips about NON-DLC loadouts I wished other people had told me sooner.
