Lebanese cuisine & Horsh Ehden nature reserve

Today I hike through the most biodiverse nature reserve in Lebanon, Horsh Ehden. In the evening, I get invited to a hilltop restaurant with a spectacular view. Together with my hosts, I try a multitude of delicious lebanese dishes. Once again, I am blown away by the amazing lebanese cuisine and the incredible generosity of lebanese people. In the evening, I can even sleep at the restaurant - another first on my trip from Germany to South Africa.
