RAN Reporters: Utrecht youth work

In January 2021, what were called the worst riots since the 1980s flared up across the Netherlands. The unrest spread after a nationwide curfew was applied during the COVID-19 lockdown. All major cities suffered from riots. All except Utrecht. Utrecht was spared mainly because of the efforts undertaken by P/CVE practitioners in the city. We met Hanae Hannouch and Said Loukili, youth workers, to learn more about their preventive work in Overvecht (a district in Utrecht).
