We arrived in ROME from Venice with only a few hours free… so what was supposed to be a quick evening walk somehow turned into a journey through thousands of years of history. 😂 This is our first introduction to The Eternal City — because tomorrow we’re coming back to explore Rome PROPERLY. Today we walked through central Rome and discovered that in this city, you can turn one corner and suddenly jump hundreds — or even thousands — of years into the past.
