Is this the best gravel shoe for racing?

Are these the best shoe out there for gravel racing? Welcome to “Five minute thoughts” my series of reviews for bike parts, accessories, clothing and pretty much everything that’s bike related. The Shimano RX 910 was added to the well loved S-phyre range last year, and I’ve been lucky enough to put them to the test. So what makes them a specific gravel race shoe?
