STELLAR CYNO TESTING - I AM TERRIBLE WITH THIS GUY!

I really do think I am the WORST Cyno player in the game. I don't know what but... I can't seem to get comfortable with his kit. The buffed Stellar Cyno is really strong but... he still seems to be lacking some. Maybe I'm wrong.
