In April 2023, Temulun Togochog was given a microphone at the United Nations to accuse China of carrying out a full-scale "cultural genocide" and completely banning the Mongolian language in Inner Mongolia. Then, on November 1, 2026, she went viral after violently attacking students at a University of Michigan campus free-speech booth, resisting arrest, and screaming from the back of a police cruiser that she wished she had murdered a girl for saying things she disagreed with. When someone platformed internationally as a champion for human rights and free expression in China loses control over five minutes of free speech on an American college campus, it forces a question most people never bother to ask: How much of what she told the United Nations was actually true? In this video, we unpack the double irony of two different groups of propagandists clashing on campus, examine how Western media outlets cover up glaring holes in atrocity narratives (like the BBC and CNN Tursunay Ziyawudun passport contradiction), and fact-check Temulun’s UN speech claim-by-claim against documented policy and ground reality from driving thousands of kilometers across Inner Mongolia. Finally, we follow the money behind her organization—the Southern Mongolian Human Rights Information Center (SMHRIC)—straight back to the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). #China #InnerMongolia #MediaAnalysis #Geopolitics #FactCheck #NED #UnitedNations #UniversityOfMichigan
