Black River Railroad Bridge in Port Huron, Michigan

Back in October 2020, I was fortunate enough to catch the Lake State Railway's job utilizing the Girder Bridge, which spans 330 feet over the Black River. Originally built in 1929, this bridge sees seldom use on a branch line owned by Canadian National. With the closing of both paper mills on this line within the recent 2 years, moves via rail are infrequent now. Lake State Railway #1501, a MP15DC is assigned to the branchline.
